Cleaning Premises Clause Samples
The Cleaning Premises clause outlines the responsibilities for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of a property during the term of an agreement. Typically, it requires the tenant or occupant to keep the premises tidy, dispose of waste properly, and return the property in a clean state at the end of the lease or occupancy. This clause ensures that the property remains in good condition, preventing disputes over cleanliness and minimizing the need for repairs or additional cleaning after the agreement ends.
