Cleaning Work.  Cleaning of vertical fabric blinds/ Roller Blinds and checking / rectification of the same using suitable material Deep cleaning of all service ducts, chajjas in the floor, etc. Note: The contractor has to take necessary safety precautions for their laborer by wearing personal protective equipment like safety belt, safety helmet, shoes, etc. while executing the work in the ducts, chajjas etc. Quarterly
