Closeout Report Clause Samples
A Closeout Report clause requires the preparation and submission of a final report summarizing the completion of a project or contract. This report typically includes details such as the work performed, deliverables provided, outstanding issues, and confirmation that all contractual obligations have been met. By mandating a comprehensive summary at the end of an engagement, the clause ensures transparency, facilitates final review, and provides a clear record for both parties, thereby helping to prevent disputes and confirm project closure.
