Collected Data a) Any data collected by any person, including the Parties, that relates in any manner to the performance of the Advertisements shall be referred to as “Collected Data.”
b) Publisher shall not use Collected Data other than to
i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request;
ii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues;
iii) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Publisher or the public as required or permitted by law; and
iv) improve its own internal processes. FOR CLARITY, PUBLISHER SHALL NOT SHARE COLLECTED DATA WITH ANY NON-PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ADVERTISERS.
c) Publisher shall deliver all Collected Data it collects to Bidfluence as soon as reasonably practicable after gathering it and according to an established delivery schedule.
d) Bidfluence may use Collected Data in any manner it deems advisable or necessary, including, without limitation, reporting it to third parties, including, without limitation, Advertisers.
Collected Data. In addition to the use rights defined in Section 6.2 of the UCA, Customer grants Innomotics and its Affiliates and their subcontractors the right to use, distribute and publish Collected Data for any purpose including performance beyond this Agreement in accordance with mandatory restrictions imposed by applicable law. Use of Collected Data in accordance with this Section will be at Innomotics risk. Collected Data means data which is collected, stored and processed by Inspire IQ or data regarding Customer’ Assets provided by Customer. Collected Data does not contain any user related information. The content and scope of the Collected Data may vary depending on which asset / service object type is connected. Collected Data may include copies made by this application from certain parts of Customer Content for use in accordance with the Order and underlying terms.
Collected Data. The Inspector may collect data which may be used by the Inspector, and which may be provided to Ark Home Inspection LLC for use by Ark Home Inspection LLC. The collected data will primarily consist of data relating to the visual inspection conducted, but may also consist of other data relating to the property inspected, client and/or client representative, personal and contact information, and demographic data. The Inspector and Ark Home Inspection LLC may use collected data to perform analysis, improve business processes, improve Ark Home Inspection LLCs’ inspection experience, and obtain feedback from clients and client representatives. The Inspector and may also provide collected data to third-party service providers (“TPSP”) in order to offer value-added services to clients, as described in this agreement. The Inspector and Ark Home Inspection LLC may provide aggregated collected data, but not individual collected data or personal information to third parties. Other than interaction with TPSPs and aggregated data, the inspector and Ark Home Inspection LLC will not sell or rent the collected data to anyone, or share the collected data with any third party except as necessary to fulfill client requests. By executing this agreement, the client expressly consents to the collection and use of data by the inspector and Ark Home Inspection LLC as described herein.
Collected Data. In the course of providing the Verizon Connect Services, VCN or its affiliates may receive or collect spatial data or data relating to the Vehicles, mobile objects, devices, locations, employees, contractors, suppliers, and/or customers of Customer, including but not limited to, vehicle identification number (VIN), GPS location, vehicle speed, acceleration, vehicle diagnostics information, tracking data, rate of travel, ignition on/off, idle time, number of stops, names and ID numbers of employees, addresses of customers, and other similar information (“Collected Data”). Customer represents and warrants that it has all necessary rights and authority with respect to the Collected Data. The collection, amalgamation, manipulation or recording of Collected Data may give rise to intellectual property rights including database rights, copyrights, rights in know-how and confidential information, design rights and other similar rights anywhere in the world ("Vehicle IP"). Customer acknowledges and agrees that as between Customer and VCN, VCN owns all Collected Data and Vehicle IP, including all rights in and to such Collected Data and Vehicle IP, and Customer hereby assigns for good and valuable consideration (the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Customer) any rights it may have in any current and future Collected Data and Vehicle IP. Customer has the right to use any Collected Data and Vehicle IP provided to Customer as part of the Verizon Connect Services for its own internal business purposes.
Collected Data. The Virsae Solution will collect certain data and information in connection with End Points. Customer represents and warrants that it has the right to collect the Collected Data as contemplated herein, that Customer or the applicable Customer Client (if any) has provided all notices and / or obtained all necessary consents or approvals for the use of the Collected Data (including to the extent necessary, to or from applicable employees) and that the use of the Collected Data will not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party. Customer grants Virsae: (a) during any Order Term, a non-exclusive license to use the Collected Data to perform the Services and provide the Virsae Solution and (b) on a perpetual basis to combine the Collected Data with the data of other customers and other third party data to compile aggregated data and/or statistics to improve the Virsae Solution and to provide to customers, potential customers and the general public, provided that such aggregated data and statistics will not enable Customer, any Customer Client or any living individual to be identified. As between Customer and Virsae, Customer reserves all right, title and interest in the Collected Data. The data protection agreement made available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/DPA is entered into between the parties and is incorporated herein by reference as if such agreement had been executed by both parties.

Collected Data.
