Common use of Collection and Return Clause in Contracts

Collection and Return. 3.1 The equipment maybe collected after payment of the yearly fee on a date, time and address agreed with a Committee Member of the Cape Winelands Modern Pentathlon Association (“CWMPA’). 3.2 On the date of collection the person collecting the equipment shall inspect the equipment and unless the person collecting the equipment advises a Committee Member of CWMPA of any defects prior to taking possession of the equipment, the equipment shall be deemed to be free of defects and in working order. 3.3 The equipment will be returned at the end of the period indicated in this agreement in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the period, fair wear and tear excepted.
