Late Return Sample Clauses

The Late Return clause establishes the consequences and procedures if a party fails to return property, equipment, or materials by an agreed-upon deadline. Typically, this clause specifies additional fees, penalties, or liabilities that accrue for each day or period the item is overdue, and may outline notification requirements or escalation steps. Its core function is to incentivize timely returns and compensate the owner for any inconvenience or loss caused by the delay.
