SignCircle Network reserves the right to investigate and/ or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service or behaved in a way that SignCircle Network regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur on or off the Service.
Community Rules. Resident, all occupants, and guests must abide by necessary and reasonable Community Rules promulgated by the Landlord for the benefit and well-being of the property, residents, homeowners, and neighbors. All such rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and are posted in the community office and/or common areas.
Community Rules. The Remarkable Relationships community (including the private Facebook group) is there for people to support and inspire each other. It is NOT for use of self-promotion of products or services. This is a place for learning and is a pitch-free, solicitation-free and sales-free environment. Your failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination from the community.

(a) Only use the Site for residential dwelling and associated activities for the Occupier or members of the Occupier’s immediate whānau.
(b) Take reasonable care regarding maintenance, grounds, and general tidiness of the section.
(c) Not permit the section to be used for training or any commercial purpose.
(d) At all times keep the section and the dwelling in a well maintained and tidy condition.
(e) Not have more than 1 person living on the section without the prior written approval of the Licensor.
(g) Not keep any animals on the section apart from cats (maximum of two) without the written consent of the Landowner.
(i) Not make or permit noise or behaviour on the section that would interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the other occupiers of the Land.
(j) Not have guests on the section who provide any kind of intimidation to the other Licensees.
(k) Not obstruct the Land or access to the Land.
(l) Not keep, use or manufacture any illegal substances on ther section or in the dwelling.

Community Rules. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to abide by rules of the community. These may be posted in the unit or at the community pool or office. These rules may change from time to time. Because the Property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with this GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out. You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to Florida Holiday Homes from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m or if differs as per Resort/Community Rules.

Connus reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account, without refund of purchases, if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service or behaved in a manner Connus considers inappropriate or illegal, including actions or communications occurring on or off the Service.
