Community Rules. Resident, all occupants, and guests must abide by necessary and reasonable Community Rules promulgated by the Landlord for the benefit and well-being of the property, residents, homeowners, and neighbors. (l) Not keep, use or manufacture any illegal substances on ther section or in the dwelling.
