Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. You will be required to comply with the Company’s policies and procedures, as they may be constituted from time to time. Notwithstanding such policies and procedures, the terms set forth in this Agreement or any other written fully executed agreement between you and the Company shall prevail over conflicting Company policies and procedures.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. Employee shall, in the performance of his duties, carry out the Company’s policies, procedures, rules, regulations, memoranda and directives as may be established from time to time, including, but not limited to those set forth regarding sexual harassment, use of the internet and equal employment opportunity and must sign and comply with the Company’s employee handbook.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. The Executive will perform his duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Company’s written policies and procedures available to Executive as they may exist from time to time, and will not incur obligations on behalf of the Company other than in the ordinary course of business or enter into any transaction on behalf of the Company not in the ordinary course of business.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. Each Holder who is or becomes an officer, director or affiliate, or otherwise is or becomes subject to the Company’s policies and procedures concerning trading in Company securities, acknowledges and agrees that all sales of Eligible Securities shall be made in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures concerning trading in Company securities, as in effect from time to time.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. Service Provider shall act only in accordance with applicable Company policies and procedures provided to Service Provider in advance of performing the services hereunder, including, but not limited to, policies concerning required Administrative, Technical, and Physical Security Measures. Service Provider agrees to implement such reasonable additional data protection policies and procedures as required by Company from time to time upon written request.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. Dealer agrees that it shall at all times comply with the Company’s written policies and procedures for dealers as announced and amended from time to time (collectively, the “Policies”). In the event of any change in the Policies, the Company shall notify the Dealer of the change and allow the Dealer not less than thirty (30) days in which to come into compliance with such change. If the Dealer believes in good faith that it will be unable to comply with any such change in the Policies, it shall promptly notify the Company and state the reason(s) for its concerns. The Company may accept or reject any such reason(s) in its sole discretion.

Service Provider also agrees that Company may take reasonable and appropriate steps as Company, in its sole discretion, deems warranted to stop and remediate unauthorized use of Personal Data, including upon notice pursuant to Section 2.3 of this Addendum from Service Provider that it has determined that it, its Subprocessors, or its Affiliates can no longer meet their obligations under this Addendum or under Applicable Law.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. (a) Whenever Supplier’s employees, agents, Representatives and, if permitted and approved by Company pursuant to this Agreement, Service Providers and their respective personnel (collectively, “Supplier Personnel”) are (i) present on Company Premises or (ii) providing Services directly to Company, Company Personnel or Company customers, Supplier shall cause such Supplier Personnel (collectively, “Front Line Personnel”) to comply with the Company’s policies and procedures, including safety and physical and information security procedures that are applicable to the Company’s premises as the same may be amended from time to time. The Company shall provide such policies and procedures in writing to Supplier Personnel with reasonable advance notice. At the Company’s request and expense, Front Line Personnel will attend one (1) or more training sessions with respect to the Company’s on-site rules of behavior, work schedule, security procedures and such other policies and procedures as the Company, in its sole discretion, may deem appropriate. (b) Supplier Personnel shall at all times perform the Services in a safe and professional manner and comply with all Laws applicable to Supplier Personnel in performing the Services and its obligations under this Agreement, including Laws applicable to Supplier Personnel relating to the regulatory environment in which the Services are performed. Supplier shall be responsible for the acts and omissions of all Supplier Personnel in connection with the Agreement. (c) At the Company’s reasonable request, Supplier will promptly replace any proposed or assigned Front Line Personnel providing Services under this Agreement. (d) Supplier Personnel shall complete fraud and anti-money laundering training required by Company on an annual basis or ad hoc basis as directed by the Company.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. Prior to the Closing Date, the Company and the Company Subsidiary shall have transferred off the books and records of the Company and the Company Subsidiary all unsecured Client or Customer debits greater than thirty (30) days, in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures. During your employment you are required to comply at all times with all Coronado Group’s policies and procedures as varied or introduced from time to time. It is your obligation to familiarise yourself with current policies and procedures that are relevant to your employment and to comply at all times with such policies and procedures. The Coronado Group’s policies and procedures operate independently of this Contract and are not incorporated into this Contract and are not binding on the Coronado Group or the Company. The Coronado Group reserves the right to amend, revoke, introduce or replace its policies and procedures at its discretion.
