Equal Employment Opportunity. For any federally assisted construction contract, as defined in 41 CFR 60-1.3, the contractor, subcontractor, subrecipient shall follow all of the requirements of the Equal Opportunity Clause as stated in 41 CFR 60-1.4.
Equal Employment Opportunity means the opportunity for all contractor, Subcontractor and supplier employees and applicants for employment to be treated fairly and equally throughout their relationships with those firms without unlawful discrimination.

Regarding Americans with disabilities, Contractor agrees to comply with applicable provisions of Title 1 of the Americans with Disabilities Act enacted in 1990 as may now exist or be amended in the future.
