Concept Design Sample Clauses

The Concept Design clause defines the initial stage of a project where preliminary ideas, layouts, and design concepts are developed and presented for approval. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of work, deliverables such as sketches or diagrams, and the process for client feedback or revisions. Its core function is to establish a clear foundation for the project's direction, ensuring that both parties agree on the design approach before moving forward to more detailed phases, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and rework later in the project.
