Contextual Information. The Tehsil Head Quarters (THQ) Hospitals are located at Tehsil headquarters level and serve a large population, depending upon the category of the hospital. The THQ hospital provides preventive and curative care, advance diagnostics, in-patient services, emergency services and referral services. THQ Hospitals provide referral care to the patients including those referred by the Basic Health Units, Rural Health Centers along with Lady Health Workers and other primary and secondary care facilities.

Bidders shall state, in a separate writing, and include with their proposal response, any required exceptions or deviations from these terms, conditions, and specifications. If agreed to by TIPS, they will be incorporated into the final Agreement. A Purchase Order, Agreement or Contract is the TIPS Member’s approval providing the authority to proceed with the negotiated delivery order under the Agreement.
