Continuation of Employer's Group Health Coverage. Any employee who retires and is not eligible for health insurance coverage as described herein and (1) who is immediately eligible for retirement benefits under MERS or (2) is retired due to non-duty disability as determined by MERS may remain on the Employer's health insurance plan by paying the full amount of the premium on a pre-paid quarterly basis for a period of ten (10) years or when the employee is eligible for Medicare, whichever occurs first. Procedure for such payment will be established by the Employer.

  • Continuation of Employment This Agreement shall not confer upon the Participant any right to continue employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, nor shall this Agreement interfere in any way with the Company’s or its Subsidiaries’ right to terminate the Participant’s employment at any time.
