Common use of Continuing Appointment Clause in Contracts

Continuing Appointment. An ongoing appointment for a Librarian or SLI Member that commences after a probationary period of employment. A period of twelve (12) months that commences on July 1 of one calendar year and ends on June 30 of the next.
