Continuing Review. Require its Research Personnel to provide any information about conduct of the Research at the Relying Institution that the Reviewing IRB requires for continuing review.
Continuing Review. From and subsequent to the date hereof, CVBG will have: (1) given to GCBS and its counsel and accountants access to their premises and books and records during normal business hours for any reasonable purpose related to the transactions contemplated hereby; and (2) cooperate and instruct CVBG’s counsel and accountants to cooperate with GCBS and with GCBS’s counsel and accountants with regard to the formulation and production of all necessary information, disclosures, financial statements, registration statements, and regulatory filings with respect to the transactions encompassed by this Agreement.

Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, Allana shall, and shall cause the Allana Subsidiaries to, afford the officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of Nova reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Date and the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of Allana, the Allana Subsidiaries, and during such period, Allana shall, and shall cause the Allana Subsidiaries to, furnish promptly to Nova all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of Allana and the Allana Subsidiaries as Nova may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws.

Continuing Review. A Relying Institution will Rrequire its Research Personnel to provide any information about conduct of the Research atconducted under the authority of the Relying Institution that the Reviewing IRB requires for continuing reviews. of the Research (when applicable).
Continuing Review. The parties agree that they will constantly keep the performance of this Agreement under review with quarterly contract performance review meetings to discuss volumes and progress on quality.

Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, Nu-Mex shall afford officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of NWT reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Time or the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of Nu-Mex and, during such period, Nu-Mex shall furnish promptly to NWT all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of Nu-Mex as NWT may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws. Nothing in the foregoing shall require Nu-Mex to disclose information subject to a written confidentiality agreement with any Person.
Continuing Review. After the implementation and transition period, the Committee will meet on a bi-monthly basis or such other intervals as may be agreed by the Committee to discuss and review continuing issues which may include, without limitation:
a. Review of budgeting and demand forecasting for marketing and sales that impact cost and staffing levels;
b. Measuring performance for all logistics functions, identifying problem areas and coming up with appropriate solutions;
c. Review and resolution of customer complaints which can not be addressed at branch locations;
d. Quarterly review of Central costs;
e. Quarterly review of the levels of service which has been established and Central's performance with respect thereto; and
f. Renewal issues.
Continuing Review. As required, continuing review of approved research will be initiated by the IRB of Record, who shall remain responsible for determining the frequency and extent of continuing review for each study as adequate to ensure the continued protection of the rights and welfare of research subjects. The period of continuing review shall not exceed twelve months from the date of IRB approval. The PI must submit documentation of this substantive review and outcome, as conducted by the IRB of record.

Subject to applicable Laws, upon reasonable notice, NWT shall, and shall cause the NWT Subsidiaries to, afford officers, employees, counsel, accountants and other authorized representatives and advisors of Nu-Mex reasonable access, during normal business hours from the date hereof until the earlier of the Effective Time or the termination of this Agreement, to the properties, books, contracts and records as well as to the management personnel of NWT and the NWT Subsidiaries and, during such period, NWT shall, and shall cause the NWT Subsidiaries to, furnish promptly to Nu-Mex all information concerning the business, properties and personnel of NWT and the NWT Subsidiaries as Nu-Mex may reasonably request, except as limited by any applicable privacy laws.
