Continuous Improvement Plan. I.1. The Provider’s Continuous Improvement Plan in the Tender Response Document shall be developed and implemented to secure continuous improvement in the way in which the Services are provided and shall be reviewed regularly during the Contract Period by the Council in accordance with any provisions specified in the Schedule 3 (Performance Monitoring and KPIs).
