Continuous Operations. Sections 16:01 and 16:02 notwithstanding, the hours of work for employees engaged in continuous operations shall not exceed the regular hours per day or be scheduled to work more than six (6) consecutive days, unless overtime rates apply, except where agreed to by the parties under Article 16.
