CONTRACT BILLINGS AND PAYMENTS. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Contractor and the dealers/distributors/resellers designated by the Contractor, if any, shall provide complete and accurate billing invoices to each Authorized User in order to receive payment. Billing invoices submitted to an Authorized User must contain all information required by the Contract and the State Comptroller or other appropriate fiscal officer. Submission of an invoice and payment thereof shall not preclude the Commissioner from requesting reimbursement or demanding a price adjustment in any case where the Product delivered is found to deviate from the terms and conditions of the Contract or where the billing was inaccurate. Contractor shall provide, upon request of the Commissioner, any and all information necessary to verify the accuracy of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Such information shall be provided in the format requested by the Commissioner and in a media commercially available from the Contractor. The Commissioner may direct the Contractor to provide the information to the State Comptroller or to any Authorized User of the Contract.

Such electronic payments shall be made in accordance with ordinary State procedures and practices. The Contractor shall comply with the State Comptroller’s procedures to authorize electronic payments.   • Invoices and Payments If Owner disputes an invoice, either as to amount or entitlement, then Owner shall promptly advise Engineer in writing of the specific basis for doing so, may withhold only that portion so disputed, and must pay the undisputed portion.

  • Deposits and Payments A $350 per person deposit is required with your reservation. A second deposit in the amount of $1,200 is due 3/28/24. Final payment is due 5/27/24. All payments can be made by credit card or check.

  • Billing and Payments Transmission Provider shall bill the Interconnection Customer for the Costs associated with the facilities contemplated by this ISA, estimates of which are set forth in the Specifications to this ISA, and the Interconnection Customer shall pay such Costs, in accordance with Section 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. Upon receipt of each of Interconnection Customer’s payments of such bills, Transmission Provider shall reimburse the applicable Interconnected Transmission Owner. Pursuant to Section 212.4 of the Tariff, Interconnection Customer requests that Transmission Provider provide a quarterly cost reconciliation:

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable The accounts receivable reflected on the Financial Statements arose in the ordinary course of business and, except as reserved against on the Financial Statements, are collectible in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practices, free of any claims, rights or defenses of any account debtor. No accounts payable of the Company are over forty-five (45) days old.
