Contract Budget Clause Samples

The Contract Budget clause establishes the total financial limit or spending cap for a project or agreement. It typically outlines the maximum amount the client is obligated to pay and may specify how funds are allocated across different tasks, phases, or deliverables. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of financial expectations and helps prevent cost overruns by setting defined budgetary boundaries.
