Contract of Training Clause Samples

The 'Contract of Training' clause establishes a formal agreement between an employer and an employee (often an apprentice or trainee) outlining the terms and conditions under which the employee will receive job-related training. This clause typically specifies the duration of the training period, the skills or qualifications to be acquired, and the responsibilities of both parties during the training.
