Common use of Contract Ratification Clause in Contracts

Contract Ratification. All members of the Bargaining Unit shall be permitted reasonable opportunity to vote upon ratification of this Agreement. CMNEA-PE will notify the Board, via the Superintendent, in writing of the outcome of the vote. If ratified by the Bargaining Unit, the Agreement will be submitted to the Board of Education for approval.
