Contractor Submittals. Consultant shall review and approve or take other appropriate action upon the Contractor's submittals such as shop drawings, and product substitution and product data and for the purpose of checking for conformance with information given and the design concept expressed in the contract documents. Consultant’s action shall be taken within a maximum of ten (10) working days of receipt of each submittal of the Contractor; with an additional maximum of five (5) working days if Subconsultant review is required.
Contractor Submittals. Assign a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Texas to review and respond to contractor submittals as requested by FBCDD within three (3) business days upon being notified. FNI will coordinate with FBCDD regarding the initiation of a Project Management Information System (PMIS) to be utilized for the project. It is anticipated that submittal reviews will consist of the following:
i. Record Data/Certified Test Reports/Lab Test Reports (Up to 50, at 0.5 hour per submittal);
ii. Requests for Information (RFIs) (Up to 8);
iii. Schedules of Progress (Up to 12); and
iv. Additional Submittal Reviews – NOT INCLUDED All submittal responses must include the signature of either the Engineer of Record or their equally qualified designee also licensed as a professional engineer in the State of Texas.

Additionally, if after commencement of construction, Contractor requests Architect to review and analyze a request for substitution of a product or material, Architect shall undertake such review only as an Additional Service and after obtaining Owner’s approval to do so.

Contractor Submittals. A. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable scope of work, Contractor shall submit documents to Company for information, review, and approval in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement.
B. Unless otherwise specified in an applicable scope of work, Contractor shall submit record documents that represent the final - “As Built” – configuration. These As Built documents shall have all changes incorporated into them or marked on them and shall fall into the following two groupings:
1. Unchanged / built per design
2. Updated /As Built documents that were revised based on:
1. The number of sets of hard copies as per the Work Scope (typically 10) shall be delivered to the individual named in the Work Scope.
2. Two (2) sets of a PDF formatted copies via a CD to the individual named in the Work Scope.
Contractor Submittals. The information listed below shall be submitted to the ENGINEER for review in accordance with Section 01100. The submittal shall, as a minimum, include the following data drawings and other descriptive materials.
Contractor Submittals. The standard computing software is Microsoft Office 2010 or later. All documents including the final report shall be provided in Microsoft Word 2010 format or later and Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). Spreadsheet files shall be provided in Microsoft Excel 2010 format or later. Unless otherwise noted, all submittals shall be generated in English language. Documents shall follow the format in Appendix J-5.
7.1 Survey Plan or Work Plan Electronic copy of the Draft Work Plan (DWP) shall be delivered to the TOCOR (via email) for Government review and comment as specified in the schedule of deliverables in each CTO, or as agreed upon by the TOCOR. The DWP shall have proper pagination on all pages, and every line of each page shall have been numbered and be properly reviewed for QA/QC. The Contractor may proceed with work once Government comments have been addressed, the final work plan has received approval from the Government, and the TOCOR gives the Notice to Proceed with fieldwork. All versions of the Work Plan (WP) shall include items described in Attachment J-5.
