Contracts Management Clause Samples

The Contracts Management clause outlines the procedures and responsibilities for overseeing, administering, and maintaining contractual agreements throughout their lifecycle. It typically specifies who is responsible for tracking contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms, and handling renewals or amendments. For example, it may require regular reviews of contract milestones or designate a specific team to manage documentation and communication with counterparties. This clause ensures that all parties remain accountable and that contractual obligations are met efficiently, reducing the risk of disputes or missed deadlines.
