Coordination and Communication. The Service Recipient and the Service Provider will each appoint a single service manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for the other Party for matters related to this Agreement, including handling of requests for changes in the Services (the “Service Manager”). Each Party shall also appoint one senior executive to serve as the primary contact for discussing material issues and handling escalations (“Senior Executive”). A Party may replace its Service Manager or Senior Executive with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by notifying the other of such new appointment. Each Party will use reasonable efforts to minimize changes to the person who is serving as its Service Manager or Senior Executive, as applicable.

Coordination and Communication. During the term of this Agreement, ADS and Loyalty Ventures shall each designate a group of individuals who shall work cooperatively with their counterparts to facilitate and administer this Agreement. Each Party shall appoint a principal point of contact with respect to each category of Services described in Exhibit A (each, a “Services Manager”), which Services Manager shall be the primary point of contact in relation to issues arising with respect to the applicable category of Services. Either Party may replace a Services Manager with an individual of comparable qualifications and experience by giving notice in writing to the other Party setting forth the name of (i) the Services Manager to be replaced and (ii) the replacement Services Manager. The initial Services Managers for each Party are identified on Exhibit A.
Coordination and Communication. 2.3.1. City will conduct Risk Assessments using the City’s Risk Assessment matrix and analyze data to prioritize sites for clean–up activities upon Right-of-Way located within City Limits in a manner that is compatible with ODOT-planned highway and Right-of-Way operations, maintenance and construction activities. Risk Assessments will be conducted no less than once a week. City will provide the State’s Contract Manager with the Risk Assessment priorities upon completion of prioritization. 2.3.2. Location Verification Prior to posting Notice, City or City’s contractor will verify that the site where City will be performing Services is located within the Right-of-Way as set forth in Terms of Agreement Paragraph 2. State’s Contract Manager will be available to assist when requested. 2.3.3. Weekly Schedule City will send an electronic schedule of the Services planned to be performed the following week to State’s Contract Manager. The schedule shall include: a. Location of planned Services and estimated date that the Services will be provided; b. Requests to State to coordinate Services that will be performed off - hours, on weekends or on holidays; and c. Requests for technical assistance from State necessary to perform Services at site. Examples include but are not limited to the need for traffic control or the removal of physical barriers.
Coordination and Communication. 6.1 The County and the City agree to coordinate their activities and communicate regularly to ensure efficient management of the above mentioned right of way and roadways. 6.2 Both parties shall designate a point of contact for all matters related to the above mentioned right of way and roadways.
