Core Time Clause Samples

The Core Time clause defines the specific hours during which certain contractual obligations, such as work performance or service availability, are required to be fulfilled. Typically, this clause outlines a daily time window—such as 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM—during which employees must be present or services must be provided, and may also specify exceptions or adjustments for holidays or special circumstances. Its primary function is to set clear expectations for when parties must be available or active, thereby ensuring operational consistency and minimizing misunderstandings about required working periods.
