CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN PARTIES. ‌ All correspondence between the parties arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Employer and the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. A copy of any correspondence other than routine items between the Employer or designate and any Employee in the bargaining unit, pertaining to the interpretation, administration, or application of any part of this Agreement, shall be forwarded to the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
