Council Representatives. Where possible, advance notice will be given to the Employer so an authorized representative of the Council shall be permitted to visit any production location or site during the hours when Employees are working, provided work is not disrupted and the representative complies with the reasonable and generally applied visitor and security rules established by the Employer.
Council Representatives. 6.1 District Council 21 Representatives:
Council Representatives. The District shall grant licensed professionals who are designated Council representatives reasonable time to engage in activities in accordance with Oregon law during the licensed professional’s regularly scheduled work hours without loss of compensation, seniority, leave accrual or any other benefits:
1. Investigate and process grievances and other workplace-related complaints on behalf of the exclusive representative;
2. Attend investigatory meetings and due process hearings involving represented employees; (c) Participate in or prepare for proceedings under ORS 243.650 to 243.782, or that arise from a dispute involving a collective bargaining agreement, including arbitration proceedings, administrative hearings and proceedings before the Employment Relations Board;
3. Act as a representative of the exclusive representative for employees within the bargaining unit for purposes of collective bargaining;
4. Attend labor-management meetings to discuss employment relations matters;
5. Provide information regarding a collective bargaining agreement to newly hired employees at employee orientations or at any other meetings that may be arranged for new employees;
6. Testify in a legal proceeding in which the licensed professional has been subpoenaed as a witness.
Council Representatives. (g)(1) The Union may designate one (1) Council Representative for each fifty (50) employees, or major fraction thereof, up to a maximum of three (3) Council Representatives in the bargaining unit. The Company and the Union may, however, by mutual agreement, establish more Council Representatives.
Council Representatives. Section 1. The respective Council Representative shall be allowed to visit the jobsite at all times, provided that the Council Representative satisfies required and reasonable clearance, orientation and training to access the site. He or she shall first visit the jobsite office to notify the Employer of his/her presence. Employers will assist the Council Representatives in obtaining clearance into plant facilities for access to the jobsite, if required.
Section 2. Council Representatives shall not disrupt work site activities and if required to do so he/she shall be escorted by an Employer Representative.
Council Representatives. Official representatives of the Council shall be allowed time off on County time for meetings during regular working hours when formally meeting and conferring in good faith or consulting with the Labor Relations Manager or other management representatives on matters within the scope of representation, provided that the number of such representatives shall not exceed two
Council Representatives. Council representatives, upon four (4) hours advance notice, shall be privileged to visit the premises of NOPFMI at all reasonable hours for the transaction of official business, but such Council representatives shall first notify NOPFMI of their presence upon the premises. Council representatives must present themselves at the Human Resources Department immediately upon entering the facility. NOPFMI officials to be notified are, in the first instance, the Human Resources Department which will then notify the Vice President of Operations or, in his absence, the respective Division Head, before the Council representatives may proceed. Council stewards employed by NOPFMI shall be required to fulfill their obligation to NOPFMI and to perform their job duties as any other employee covered by this Agreement. The Council may appoint employees as shop stewards and will notify NOPFMI of their selection. NOPFMI agrees to provide a room upon request near the work area for the union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to transact official business. Council stewards will be paid when participating in pre-suspension, pre-termination, Step 1, and Step 2 meetings with employees and management, when any of the foregoing occur while the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is at work. Any other Council-related activities will be considered non-working time for which the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not be paid by NOPFMI, and for such activities the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not be on the clock or otherwise recording working time.
Council Representatives. National Council representatives are authorized official time to attend the following meetings:
Council Representatives. 3.1 Any consent or approval given by the Council pursuant to this Agreement may be given by the [Council Cabinet Member for Property and Major Projects], or any person nominated in writing by such persons (either to act as a Council Representative generally or in respect of any specific matter) (each a "Council Representative").
3.2 Any consent or approval given pursuant to this Agreement may be given upon such terms and subject to such conditions (if any) as a Council Representative may in his or her absolute discretion determine.
