Covered Position Sample Clauses

The "Covered Position" clause defines the specific roles, jobs, or positions within an organization that are subject to the terms and conditions of a particular agreement or policy. It typically outlines which employees, contractors, or agents are included, often by job title, department, or function, and may exclude certain categories or levels. For example, it might specify that only managerial staff or those with access to sensitive information are covered. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate the scope of the agreement, ensuring that all parties understand who is bound by its provisions and preventing ambiguity or disputes over applicability.
