CPE only Clause Samples

The "CPE only" clause restricts the use, provision, or applicability of certain products or services exclusively to Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). In practice, this means that any hardware, software, or service covered by the clause must be installed, operated, or utilized solely at the customer's physical location, rather than in a cloud, data center, or other off-premises environments. This clause ensures that the scope of use is clearly limited to on-site equipment, thereby preventing unauthorized or unintended deployment elsewhere and helping both parties manage compliance and risk.
