Creation of New Designations/Positions. 4.1.1 If an allowance is to be paid to a teacher appointed to a classification which appropriately belongs within the bargaining unit, but is not provided for in the collective agreement, the amount of such allowance must be determined by negotiations with the Association prior to the appointment.
