Creation of New Designations/Positions. 4.1.1 The School Division may create or designate new positions not specified in clause 4.2 of this collective agreement but are nevertheless covered by the terms of this agreement under clause 1.1. 4.1.2 The amount and method of remuneration shall be set by the School Division after consultation with the Local employee representative on the teachers' local Teacher Welfare Committee.
