Credit checking. In accordance with the terms of the relationship recorded between us and you in these terms and conditions we may carry out a credit check with a licensed credit reference agency which will retain a record of that search. In the event of your default, relevant details may be recorded with that agency. This information may be used by other stockbrokers, financial institutions, etc in assessing applications for credit by you and members of your household, and for occasional debt tracing and fraud prevention purposes.
Credit checking a. In undertaking a credit check or assessment, we (or our relevant related bodies corporate) may use the personal information we obtain from a credit reporting bureau (CRB) or other third party, or personal information we derive from the information we obtain from the CRB or other third party (collectively “credit eligibility information”) for performing, on our behalf, tasks that are reasonably necessary in processing your application for credit from us. In order to carry out a credit check, we or our related bodies corporate may disclose your personal information to a CRB or other third party for the purposes of obtaining credit reporting information about you. b. More information about credit checking is set out in our Credit Information Statement (available on our website at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) and the relevant section of the EnergyAustralia Privacy Policy.
Credit checking a. You authorise us to do the things set out in this clause 48 and acknowledge that we may do so, whenever we see fit for as long as a Customer Contract continues or you owe us any money. b. We may use a credit report (within the meaning of the Privacy ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Commonwealth)) on you to assess your creditworthiness or for debt recovery purposes. c. We may give to a credit reporting agency any information we have about you to enable us to obtain a credit report. d. We may exchange information about you with other credit providers or a credit reporting agency. e. You acknowledge that we are authorised to do the things set out in this clause 50 under the Privacy ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Commonwealth) and that to assess or review your creditworthiness, we may:(a) request a third party to report about the your creditworthiness; and (b) disclose financial, credit and other information about you to any person. f. You must cooperate with any enquiries that we make about your creditworthiness and provide any further information, consent or authority we reasonably require.
Credit checking. You agree to us carrying out credit checks on your business and displaying our credit rating to our agent who use our ifitstuff Subcontracting Portal, this will be our own credit rating based upon data available though credit checking services and feedback given by our partners.
Credit checking. 10.1 The Customer authorises CMS to collect, retain, record, use and disclose Personal Data and any information about or concerning the Customer or its Personnel as it may relate to the agreement of which this Master Supply Agreement forms part (in accordance with applicable laws), to any solicitor, accountant, professional consultant, debt collector, credit reference organisation and/or any other person which maintains or is responsible for or manages credit references and/or default listings or data. 10.2 The Customer also authorises CMS to make enquiries with respect to the Customer’s credit worthiness, exchange information with credit providers and other relevant persons concerning defaults of the Customer and to notify other credit providers of a default by the Customer. 10.3 CMS reserves the right to revoke at any time any credit extended to the Customer because of the Customer’s failure to make any payment when due or for any other reason whatsoever (even if not connected to credit worthiness or a payment default).
Credit checking. (a) The Company may obtain from a credit reporting agency a credit report about the Customer and/or Guarantor. (b) The Company may exchange information about the Customer and the Guarantor with credit reporting agencies, credit providers and trade referees to assess the Customer’s credit worthiness and to notify third parties of any defaults hereunder. (c) The Customer consents to the Company being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit under section18K(1)(h) of the Privacy Act. (d) The Customer agrees that personal credit information provided may be used and retained by the Company to provide products, market the Company’s products and services, process payments hereunder and operate the Credit Account.

The Company may exchange information about the Client and the Guarantor with credit reporting agencies, credit providers and trade referees to assess the Client’s credit worthiness and to notify third parties of any defaults hereunder. 16.3. The Client consents to the Company being given a consumer credit report to collect overdue payment on commercial credit under S.18K(1)(h) of the Privacy Act. 16.4. The Client agrees that personal credit information provided may be used and retained by the Company to provide products, market the Company’s products and services, process payments hereunder and operate the Credit Account.
Credit checking. In connection with this agreement we may carry out a check with a licensed credit reference agency, which will retain a record of that search. The information may be used by financial institutions in assessing applications for credit by you and members of your household and for occasional debt tracing and fraud prevention purposes. This may affect your credit rating.

  • Credit Check You are authorized, in your discretion, should you for any reason deem it necessary for your protection to request and obtain a consumer credit report for the Customer.

  • Credit Checks 9.1 The Reseller agrees that: (a) When the Reseller applies to Voip-Unlimited to open an account, Voip-Unlimited may check the following records about the Reseller and its business partners: (i) Voip-Unlimited’s own; (ii) Personal and business records at credit reference agencies (CRAs). When CRAs receive a search from Voip-Unlimited they will place a search footprint on the Reseller’s business credit file that may be seen by other parties including lenders. They supply to Voip-Unlimited both public (including the electoral register) and shared credit and fraud prevention information; and (iii) those at fraud prevention agencies (FPAs); (b) For directors, Voip-Unlimited may seek confirmation, from credit reference agencies, that the residential address provide is the same as that shown on the restricted register of directors' usual addresses at Companies House; (c) Voip-Unlimited may make checks such as assessing the Reseller’s application and verifying identities to prevent and detect crime and money laundering. Voip-Unlimited may also make periodic searches at CRAs and FPAs to manage the Reseller’s account with it; (d) Information on applications will be sent to CRAs and will be recorded by them. Including information on the Reseller’s business and its proprietors and CRAs may create a record of the name and address of the Reseller’s business and its proprietors if there is not one already. Where the Reseller borrows from us, we will give details of the Reseller’s accounts and how the Reseller manages it/them to CRAs; (e) If the Reseller borrows and does not repay in full and on time, CRAs will record the outstanding debt. This information may be supplied to other organisations by CRAs and FPAs to perform similar checks and to trace the Reseller’s whereabouts and recover debts that the Reseller owes. Records remain on file for 6 years after they are closed, whether settled by the Reseller or defaulted; (f) If the Reseller gives Voip-Unlimited false or inaccurate information and Voip-Unlimited suspect or identifies fraud Voip-Unlimited will record this and may also pass this information to FPAs and other organisations involved in crime and fraud prevention; (g) If the Reseller has borrowed from Voip-Unlimited and does not make payments that it owes Voip- Unlimited, Voip-Unlimited may trace the Reseller’s whereabouts and recover debts; (h) Voip-Unlimited and other organisations may access and use from other countries the information recorded by fraud prevention agencies; and (i) The Reseller’s data may also be used for other purposes for which the Reseller gives specific permission or, in very limited circumstances, when required by law or where permitted under the terms of the Data Protection ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
