Curb and Gutter. All required curb and gutter must be completed and without defect prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy (“C. O.”) for the Subdivision. Developer shall also be responsible for repairing any latent defects and/or failures in the curb and gutter that occur, or first appear, after the issuance of the relevant C.O. and prior to the end of the warranty period and release of Security for the Subdivision.
