Curtailments and Shutdowns. If delivery of wastewater collection and treatment services through the System is temporarily reduced, curtailed or shut down, the Operator shall promptly advise the District as to the probable nature, reason and duration thereof and the expected effect thereof on the operation of the System and provide routine updates to the District on the status until such time as operations have recommenced. The Operator shall be in charge of announcements to the public or the media in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Service Provider shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Services are resumed as soon as reasonably practicable following such temporary reduction, curtailment or shut down.

Such notices shall be given as provided in the Contract Administration Manual. Any announcement concerning such events made to the public or the media shall be made by the Service Provider in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2(A) hereof.
Curtailments and Shutdowns. If the operation of the System is temporarily reduced, curtailed or shut down so that the Company is unable to collect, receive, treat Influent, dispose of Residuals, or to treat and discharge Effluent, in accordance herewith, the Company shall immediately advise the WPCA as to the nature and probable duration of such reduction, curtailment or shutdown and the expected effect on the operation of the System, and take all steps necessary to remedy the reduction, curtailment or shutdown and to resume full performance hereunder as soon as possible.

Such notices shall be given in accordance with Appendix 3 hereto which shall be agreed upon by the Manager and LIPA. Any announcement concerning such events made to the public or the media shall be made in accordance with the provisions of subsection 4.2(B) and Section 4.5 hereof or, in the case of a Storm Event, as provided in Appendix 11 hereto.

The Company shall be responsible for all announcements to the public and/or the media in order to keep the public informed.

  • Outages and Interruptions Outages.

  • Outages 9.7.1.1 Outage Authority and Coordination. Interconnection Customer and Transmission Owner may each in accordance with Good Utility Practice in coordination with the other Party and Transmission Provider remove from service any of its respective Interconnection Facilities, System Protection Facilities, Network Upgrades, System Protection Facilities or Distribution Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency Condition, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to notify one another and schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to the Parties. In all circumstances, any Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Parties of such removal.

  • SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved may include a pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the community pool and patio areas.

  • Demolition The Lessor shall remove existing abandoned electric, telephone, and data cabling and devices, as well as any other improvements or fixtures in place, to accommodate the Government’s requirements. Any demolition of existing improvements that is necessary to satisfy the Government’s layout shall be done at the Lessor’s expense.
