Except pursuant to authorized reseller terms as set forth in the Order, Customer shall not directly or indirectly sublicense, frame or white-label, or provide access to, the Provider Solution, in whole or in part, on a service bureau basis, or other basis in which Customer impairs or diminishes the available market for the Provider Solution or the need for dealing with Provider directly.

Co-Marketing Value-Added Reseller Agreements are available for qualified candidates, subject to the prior express written agreement of InterVU in its sole discretion.
