Damage of Personal Items. A. In accordance with established procedures, when requested by an employee and approved by the department, the State will replace, repair or reimburse for various articles of personal property necessarily worn by unit employees in the course of his/her employment when such property is damaged or destroyed, through no fault of the employee, while the employee is carrying out his/her job assignment. Coverage is limited to articles of clothing, eyeglasses, hearing aids, watches and dentures. Depreciation will be considered in arriving at the reimbursement value of clothing and other articles. The repair or replacement cost for a watch shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). B. This provision does not apply to lost or stolen articles or when recovery is possible under Workers' Compensation laws.

  • Use of Personal Vehicles When employees are authorized to use their personal vehicles to transport clients or residents in the care of the State, the State agrees to provide, subject to the rules and regulations of the Comptroller, a supplemental mileage allowance rate of seven cents ($.07) per mile for the use of such personal vehicle.

  • Use of Personal Vehicle Employees who use their personal vehicle for business purposes because an Employer vehicle is not readily available will be reimbursed for mileage and parking fees incurred during such use.

  • Use of Personal Leave An employee may use personal leave credits to conduct personal business that cannot be conducted outside of normal working hours and for personal emergencies.

  • Personal Items 15.6.1 We shall not be responsible in any way for your personal furniture, jewellery, other valuables, cash, credit cards, cheques, documents or other personal possessions unless we have been fraudulent or breached this Agreement in respect of your belongings. 15.6.2 If you wish to bring in large personal items (for example, furniture), into the Residence, you must ask the General Manager in writing before you move in. Any decision to allow personal items to be brought into, and used in, the Residence is at the discretion of the General Manager. 15.6.3 Your personal items must not constitute a fire hazard or a health and safety risk, or disturb the peaceful enjoyment of the Residence by other residents and employees.

  • Removal of Personal Property Seller shall remove from the Property by the Possession Date all debris and Seller’s personal property not conveyed by ▇▇▇▇ of Sale to Buyer.
