Data Access and Storage. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Business Associate shall not allow any data, PHI, or other information to be accessed or stored outside of the United States.

Data Access and Storage. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Subscription Agreement: (a) The long-term storage and hosting of data with respect to the Communication Service shall be in the United States; and (b) During the Subscription Period for the Communication Service as set forth in an applicable Order Form, Subscriber may access and download the Subscriber Data in the manner provided by the Communication Service. iCIMS is not required to maintain any Subscriber Data after the applicable Subscription Period. iCIMS shall dispose of the Subscriber Data in accordance with the Data Security & Privacy Statement.

(b) During the Subscription Period for the SkillSurvey Service as set forth in an applicable Order Form, Subscriber may access and download the Subscriber Data in the manner provided pursuant to the Documentation for the SkillSurvey Service. iCIMS is not required to maintain any Subscriber Data after the applicable Subscription Period. iCIMS shall dispose of the Subscriber Data in accordance with the Subscriber Data Security Addendum, as modified by Section 5.1 herein.

Data Access and Storage. During the Subscription Period set forth in an applicable Order Form, Client may access and download the Client Data in accordance with the Documentation, and Visibility will provide backups of Client Data if requested and as further agreed by the Parties in writing, including payment of fees for data backups. Backups will be transferred to a secure ftp site or Client hosted ftp site in .csv format, as determined by Visibility, or in such other manner as is agreed by the Parties. In addition, upon written request by Client no more than ten (10) days following the expiration or termination of this Agreement and payment of all outstanding amounts due under the Agreement, Visibility shall promptly deliver a copy of the Client Data in a file to a Visibility secure ftp site or Client-hosted ftp site in .csv format, as determined by Visibility. Visibility shall dispose of the Client Data in accordance with the Data Security & Privacy Statement. 5. PAYMENT

During the Subscription Period set forth in an applicable Order Form, Subscriber may access and download the Subscriber Data in the manner provided pursuant to the Documentation for the Test Builder Service.

Data Access and Storage. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Subscription Agreement, the long-term storage and hosting of data (including Subscriber Data) with respect to the Opportunity Marketplace Service shall be in the United States or the European Union. During the Subscription Period as set forth in an applicable Order Form, Subscriber may access and download Subscriber Data in the manner provided pursuant to the Documentation for the Opportunity Marketplace Service. iCIMS is not required to maintain any Subscriber Data after the applicable Subscription Period. iCIMS shall dispose of Subscriber Data in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum and Subscriber Data Security Addendum, each of which may be accessed through ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/gc.

No Data-at-Rest will be stored outside of the continental United States of America regardless of method or medium, except as required by law or approved in writing by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or , pursuant to 60GG-4.002, F.A.C. b. If required by the Department, the Department will escort any remote support access and maintain visibility of the Contractor actions during remote support sessions.
