Data Licence. The Exchange hereby grants to Data Recipient a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to (i) receive Data during the term of this Agreement, and (ii) use, process and store such Data in perpetuity only for the purposes of using or distributing the Data in the Data Recipient’s Services in accordance with this Agreement. The license is non-transferable, except in the case of an assignment pursuant to section 23. Any use or distribution of the Data, other than Member’s Private Data, whether Real-time Data or Delayed Data, by the Data Recipient in the Data Recipient’s Services must be as described in the Data Recipient’s System Description approved by the Exchange and, for greater certainty, subject to section 5, may include one or more of the following purposes: (i) for display to Data Recipient’s own Individual Users (internal display use); (ii) for internal use in Data Recipient’s Applications (internal non-display use); (iii) to act as a Data distributor to distribute Data to Data Clients for display to the Data Clients’ Individual Users (distribution for external display use); (iv) to act as a Data distributor to distribute Data to Data Clients for internal use in Data Clients’ Applications (distribution for external non-display use); (v) to act as a Data distributor to provide Data feeds to Data Clients; and/or (vi) to act as a Data distributor to Data Clients that redistribute Data. Any use or distribution of Member’s Private Data must be in accordance with the Member Agreement, whereby any use or distribution by a Member of Member’s Private Data beyond internal purposes requires prior notice to the Exchange.
Data Licence. 6.1 The Supplier owns any and all Data, and grants the Customer a licence to use the Data (including any Intellectual Property Rights in the Data), subject to the terms set out below.
Data Licence. Unless otherwise agreed by the owner(s) of the data, all data distributed to third parties or for use within the RFA process will be accompanied by a data licence covering access and use. The custodian of the data will issue the licence. For use within the RFA it would be expected that the Trustee of the data set would co-ordinate the issue of the licence and distribution of the data set. Following the signing of the RFA, unless other processes are established, data access and issue of licences will be the direct responsibility of the custodian.
Data Licence. 5.1 Subject to payment of all applicable Prices and compliance with the terms of this clause 5 and any other licence terms and restrictions in the applicable product description, Glass’s grants Customer a non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Products and documentation provided under this Licence Agreement for Customer’s internal business purposes at the indicated capacity levels for the duration of the Licence Agreement. Such internal business purposes shall include the sharing of individual data extracts relating to specific vehicles to its third party customers, but Customer shall not otherwise allow access in any way to substantial or whole parts of the Product or related databases. Except for the limited licence rights expressly granted in this Licence Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇’s reserves all rights in and to the Products and documentation and any modifications thereto, including title, ownership, intellectual property rights, and any other rights and interests. 5.2 Where Products are delivered through an online access or web application platform Customer may access and use the Product on multiple devices or one or more servers, so long as the specified number of licences or volumes for the Product are not exceeded at any given time. 5.3 Where Products are delivered as raw data in a flat format via (S)FTP or email, Customer may incorporate and use each copy of the Product on the Customer Platform(s) specified in the Order provided that, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Glass’s, Customer does not (i) use the Product on any additional platforms or systems; (ii) use the Product on the Customer Platform(s) with a larger volume without Glass’s prior written consent and payment of any applicable licence fees; or (iii) permit use by any other related or third party entity. 5.4 Where Products are delivered via a web service, Customer may access the Products subject to any volume limits specified in the Order. Any usage in excess of any agreed volumes will be charged at the additional transaction fee rates specified in the Order, or if none are specified, Glass’s then current standard pricing for such transactions. Customer shall comply with any integration requirements specified in any applicable integration documentation provided by Glass’s from time to time. Data Licence. 5.1 Access to SAHFOS data requires all request originators to agree, sign and abide by the terms and conditions of the SAHFOS Data Licence Agreement.

The Contractor’s use, in whole or in part, of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s IQCC Applications and Construction Task Catalog and other proprietary materials provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for any purpose other than to execute work under this Contract for Sourcewell and Sourcewell Members is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The Contractor hereby agrees to abide by the terms of the following IQCC System License:

  • Site License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software on any number of Development Workstations, Machines, Servers or users at a single Site as listed in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.
