Common use of Data shared with Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Data shared with Subcontractors. If Data access is to be provided to a Subcontractor under this Contract, the Contractor must include all of the Data security terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Contract in any such Subcontract. However, no subcontract will terminate the Contractor's legal responsibility to HCA for any work performed under this Contract nor for oversight of any functions and/or responsibilities it delegates to any subcontractor

Data shared with Subcontractors. If Data access is to be provided to a Subcontractor under this Contract, Contract it will only be for the Permissible Use authorized by HCA and the Contractor must include all of the Data security terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Contract Attachment in any such Subcontract. However, In no subcontract event will terminate the Contractor's legal responsibility existence of the Subcontract operate to release or reduce the liability of the Contractor to HCA for any work performed under this Contract nor for oversight Data Breach in the performance of any functions and/or responsibilities it delegates to any subcontractorthe Contractor’s responsibilities.
