Authorized Requesters Sample Clauses

The 'Authorized Requesters' clause defines which individuals or entities are permitted to make official requests or take actions on behalf of a party under the agreement. Typically, this clause lists specific roles, departments, or named persons who have the authority to submit orders, request information, or initiate changes related to the contract. By clearly identifying who is authorized, the clause helps prevent unauthorized actions and ensures that only designated representatives can bind the parties, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and maintaining operational clarity.
