Data System. Grantee shall provide a data system, including computer hardware and software, to carry out the provisions of this Grant Agreement. The data system must: 1. Track, maintain, and protect client referral and services information to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness; 2. Have the capacity to produce the program and financial information necessary for regular data assessment and analysis to determine if the ADRC is meeting performance benchmarks and to provide required performance reports; and 3. Have adequate electronic back-up systems, schedules, and procedures, as well as virus protection software that is continually updated to prevent the loss or corruption of system data.

Data System. The Borrower shall, within 21 days of a request from the Agent (following consultation with the Insurance Adviser): 9.1 procure that an information storage and retrieval system ("DATA SYSTEM") is established; 9.2 notify the Contractors' all risks, advance loss of revenue, material damage and loss of revenue insurers in writing within 7 days of the establishment and existence of the Data System; 9.3 deposit in the Data System: (i) no later than the 15th day after the date thereof, a copy of any variation or amendment to any Project Document the non-disclosure of which would reasonably be expected to have an adverse effect on the nature or extent of the cover to be provided under any of the Insurances and a copy of any additional Project Document entered into after the date hereof; (ii) contemporaneously with the delivery to the Agent, copies of any information delivered pursuant to Clauses 19.15, 19.16, 19.17, 19.18 and 19.19 of the Agreement; 9.4 contemporaneously deliver (through the Borrower's insurance broker) to the lead insurers on the Contractors' all-risks, advance loss of revenue, material damage and loss of revenue policies copies of the documents deposited in the Data System pursuant to Clause 9.3 above; 9.5 no later than the 15th business day after delivery of any document to the lead insurers under Clause 9.4 above, provide the Insurance Adviser with evidence of the insurers' acknowledgement of receipt thereof.

SEMSA may use an ePCR system of its choosing as long as the data sent to Nor-Cal EMS is in the required format. The Community to which ▇▇▇▇▇’s ambulance responds must be identified on the electronic PCR for determination of response time compliance.   • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Data Services In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will receive a discount equal to 15% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS3 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access Service.

  • Data Segregation a. DSHS Data must be segregated or otherwise distinguishable from non-DSHS data. This is to ensure that when no longer needed by the Contractor, all DSHS Data can be identified for return or destruction. It also aids in determining whether DSHS Data has or may have been compromised in the event of a security breach. As such, one or more of the following methods will be used for data segregation. (1) DSHS Data will be kept on media (e.g. hard disk, optical disc, tape, etc.) which will contain no non-DSHS Data. And/or, (2) DSHS Data will be stored in a logical container on electronic media, such as a partition or folder dedicated to DSHS Data. And/or, (3) DSHS Data will be stored in a database which will contain no non-DSHS data. And/or, (4) DSHS Data will be stored within a database and will be distinguishable from non-DSHS data by the value of a specific field or fields within database records. (5) When stored as physical paper documents, DSHS Data will be physically segregated from non- DSHS data in a drawer, folder, or other container. b. When it is not feasible or practical to segregate DSHS Data from non-DSHS data, then both the DSHS Data and the non-DSHS data with which it is commingled must be protected as described in this exhibit.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by PNG under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by PNG as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by PNG for other purposes (including, but not limited to, PNG’s own use) must be purchased by PNG pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 PNG shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by PNG to comply with this Section 2.2, PNG shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of PNG Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. PNG shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from PNG’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm PNG’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Section 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 PNG shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 PNG shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services, which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to PNG Customers.
