Dates of Use. The dates of use by LICENSEE shall be as follows:
(a) Set up: July 1, 2024 You must check in prior to setting your booth space. If you set up your booth without checking in and you are not in your assigned booth space, you may be asked to move at your own expense.
(b) Event Days: July 2, 3, & 4, 2024 Event Hours: from 9 to dark. You can’t drive on the grass after 8:30 am
(c) Move out/vacation: July 5, 2024 before 12:00 noon.
Dates of Use. Unless this License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is earlier terminated pursuant to the provisions hereof, Licensor grants to Licensee the right to use the Premises for the Event on the date(s) and time(s) set forth in Section I.A (the “Term”). The Term may not be extended by Licensee without obtaining Licensor's prior written permission (which permission may be withheld in Licensor’s sole discretion). Dates of Use. The City of Biddeford authorizes LAKERMESSE FRANCO-AMERICAINE to have exclusive use of St. Louis Field for the purpose of holding the LAKERMESSE FESTIVAL. LAKERMESSE may take possession of the field not earlier than ten (10) days prior to the official start date of festival activities at St. Louis Field, unless an earlier date is specifically authorized by the Recreation Department Director. LAKERMESSE FRANCO-AMERICAINE shall vacate St. Louis Field not later than three (3) days after the close of the festival. The City may require a delay in equipment being removed from the field in order to prevent damage. In these cases, the three (3) day would be extended and LAKERMESSE (and their vendors) shall comply. Members of the Festival shall meet with the Parks and Recreation Department Director, or other designated city official, prior to January 1st of each calendar year to discuss an entry date onto the field and confirm specific dates which commence the Festival's actual use of the field. By mutual agreement, the Parties may amend or extend these dates, due to unforeseen weather events or conditions.

All paperwork and fees must be complete to be considered. The City reserves the right to enter upon and use the Premises for any reason during the dates of use. This right includes the right to operate activities and events which conflict with Event, irrespective of the activity or event is operated by the City or another third party. Should the City or third party’s need to enter upon and use the premises result in the cancelation of Event, Organization shall be refunded its rental fees in an amount proportional to the disruption and/or will be offered an alternative date for Organization to use Premises for Event. This shall be Organization’s sole remedy if Event is cancelled due the City or another third party using the Premises.
