Declining First Level Services. (1) The PHO will ensure the immediate safety of any person who is not eligible for First Level Services or who is declined First Level Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Declining First Level Services. The PHO will ensure the immediate safety of any person who is not eligible for First Level Services or who is declined First Level Services in accordance with this Agreement. The PHO will ensure that it provides First Level Services and Urgent Care Services in accordance with this Schedule. In the event of a temporary or permanent cessation of those Services by it or any of its Contracted Providers, the PHO will ensure that it or the relevant Contracted Provider has put in place alternative arrangements for continued provision of First Level Services and Urgent Care Services. The PHO will advise its Enrolled Population about how and when they can access First Level Services and Urgent Care Services provided by the PHO, and will have information available for Casual Users on how to access Urgent Care Services. The PHO will, if requested by the DHB or Ministry, provide documented evidence, including the ratio of Practitioners to Enrolled Population, of how the PHO achieves appropriate service levels to meet population need by using existing applicable indicators, standards of practice, and professional standards. The PHO will manage Referred Services for its Enrolled Population, including by: monitoring and reviewing Referred Services; providing feedback to referrers; monitoring against best practice and relevant quality indicators; using facilitators and educators to encourage adoption of best practice; using peer groups to encourage best practice; and supporting other agreed initiatives.

Related to Declining First Level Services

  • Provider Services Charges for the following Services when ordered by a Physician for the treatment of an Injury or Illness.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity 1.1.02 Identify at least one individual to act as the program contact in the following areas: 1. Immunization Program Manager;

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
