Decommissioning Requirements. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Overlandlord Consent, at least three (3) months prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, Subtenant shall deliver to Sublandlord a narrative description of the actions proposed to be taken (or required to be taken by any governmental authority) by Subtenant to surrender the Subleased Premises at the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, free from any residual impact from Hazardous Materials or biological materials associated with the Subtenant’s operation of the Subleased Premises (the “Surrender Plan”). Such Surrender Plan shall be accompanied by a current listing of (i) all Hazardous Materials licenses and permits held by or on behalf of Subtenant with respect to the Subleased Premises, and (ii) all Hazardous Materials and biological materials used, stored, handled, treated, generated, released or disposed of from the Subleased Premises, and shall be subject to review and approval by Sublandlord. In connection with the review and approval of the Surrender Plan, upon the request of Sublandlord, Subtenant shall deliver to Sublandlord or its consultant such additional information concerning Hazardous Materials and biological materials as Sublandlord shall request. On or before such surrender, Subtenant shall deliver to Sublandlord and Overlandlord, in the form of a final report that includes the results of all analytical testing performed pursuant to the Surrender Plan, as evidence that the approved Surrender Plan shall have been satisfactorily completed. Sublandlord and Overlandlord shall have the unrestricted right to deliver such Surrender Plan and any report by Sublandlord’s environmental consultant with respect to the surrender of the Subleased Premises to third parties who have a legitimate need to review such report. If Subtenant shall fail to prepare or submit a Surrender Plan approved by Sublandlord, or if Subtenant shall fail to complete the approved Surrender Plan, or if such Surrender Plan, whether or not approved by Sublandlord, shall fail to adequately address any residual impact from Hazardous Materials or biological materials associated with the Subtenant’s operation of the Subleased Premises, such failure shall be deemed a failure to vacate in accordance with this Sublease, and Sublandlord shall retain all remedies available under this Sublease, at law or equity including, without limitation, the right to collect rent on a holdover basis, and Sublandlord shal...
Decommissioning Requirements. The conventional transformer sets of the first three fields will be decommissioned and moved to a location on site identified by the Employer. The Station will use these as spares. The HFPS controller will replace the function of the existing MCS II controller. Thus the MCS II controllers will partially be decommissioned and kept as spares on site. The cut-out in the panel where the MCS II controller came out needs to be closed with a cover plate and the new HFPS controller display will be fitted in the panel. Refer to section 3.3.3.1 for retrofit scope of work on the MCS II control panel.

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement.   • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B.   • Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time. The Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Whether or not the Large Generating Facility is eligible for the Transition Period LVRT Standard set forth in Appendix G will be determined by the Commission.
