Surrender of the Subleased Premises Sample Clauses
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. At the termination of this Sublease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Sublessee shall deliver up the Subleased Premises to Sublessor in as good condition as existed on the date of possession by Sublessee, ordinary wear and tear only excepted. Upon such termination of this Sublease, Sublessor shall have the right to re-enter and resume possession of the Subleased Premises.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. At the termination of this Sublease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Sublessee will deliver the Subleased Premises to Sublessor in as good condition as existed on the date of possession by Sublessee, ordinary wear and tear only excepted. Upon such termination of this Sublease, Sublessor will have the right to re-enter and resume possession of the Subleased Premises if permitted by the terms of the Prime Lease and/or the Prime Landlord.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, Subtenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, immediately: (a) surrender the Subleased Premises to Sublandlord in broom clean condition and in good order, condition and repair, excepting reasonable wear and tear, damage by casualty or condemnation, and repairs and damages except for those items Sublandlord is obligated to repair hereunder; and

At the expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Sublease, the Subtenant shall peaceably surrender and yield up vacant possession of the Subleased Premises to the Sublandlord in broom-swept and as good a condition and state of repair as the Subtenant is required to maintain the Subleased Premises throughout the Term and in accordance with Sections 5(f), 5(r) and 12 of the Head Lease, surrender all keys and pass cards for the Subleased Premises and/ or the Building to the Sublandlord at the place then fixed for the payment of rent and inform the Sublandlord of all combinations of locks, safes and vaults, if any, in the Subleased Premises. The Subtenant's obligations under this Section 5.12 shall survive the expiration of the Term or earlier termination of this Sublease.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. At the termination of this Sublease, Sublessee shall remove all of its trade fixtures, furniture, equipment and other personal property from the Subleased Premises; vacate the Subleased Premises; and deliver the Subleased Premises to Sublessor in as good condition as existed at the Sublease Commencement Date of this Sublease, ordinary wear and tear and casualty excepted.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. Upon the expiration of the Term of this Agreement, or any sooner termination hereof, Sublessee shall quit and surrender the Subleased Premises in good condition and repair, normal wear and tear excepted.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. At the termination of this Sublease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Sublessee shall deliver up the Subleased Premises to Sublessor in the same condition as existed on the Commencement Date, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Sublessee shall not be required to remove any alterations, improvements or fixtures within the Subleased Premises which existed as of the Commencement Date. Upon such termination of this Sublease, Sublessor shall have the right to re-enter and resume possession of the Subleased Premises.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. Upon the expiration of the Sublease Term, the extended term, if applicable, or the earlier termination of the Master Lease or this Sublease, Sublessee shall surrender the Subleased Premises in the same condition as received on the date hereof, reasonable and normal wear and tear and damages or destruction resulting from causes which are covered by insurance obtained in accordance with Section 11 of the Master Lease excepted.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. For the avoidance of doubt, Section 21.1 (Surrender) of the Primary Lease applies to the Sublease.
Surrender of the Subleased Premises. During the last week of the Sublease Term and upon not less than 24 hours’ prior notice to Subtenant, Sublandlord may inspect the Premises to determine the work needed to be done to restore the Subleased Premises to the condition required by the Primary Lease.
