Dedicated Access Service Sample Clauses
The Dedicated Access Service clause defines the provision of a specific, reserved telecommunications or network connection exclusively for a customer’s use. This clause typically outlines the technical specifications, service levels, and maintenance responsibilities associated with the dedicated connection, such as bandwidth guarantees or uptime commitments. Its core function is to ensure the customer receives reliable, uninterrupted access tailored to their needs, thereby minimizing service disruptions and clarifying the provider’s obligations.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $3,800 to $10,821 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for OC-3, DS-3 and OC-3 (STM1) Access Service at 3 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $114 to $190 for DS-1 and Type 1 DS-1 Dedicated Access Services based on service type.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $6,580 and a local loop non-recurring charge of $0 for OC-3 Dedicated Access at 1 CLLI code mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $8,500 for Company-provided OC-12 access circuits at 1 NPA/NXX mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. A one year term applies.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $400 for T1 and NxT1 Dedicated Access Service.
Dedicated Access Service. (Option 1). For Dedicated Access Service, Type 1 discounts set forth herein apply when both terminating locations of the circuit are “On-Net” (i.e., MCI WorldCom owns the entire local loop), as verified by reference to MCI WorldCom location records. Type 2 rates set forth herein apply when one terminating location in On-Net and one terminating location is local exchange carrier-owned and leased by MCI WorldCom for Customer’s use. Collocation installation fees are not waived under this Agreement. Except as specifically set forth herein, Dedicated Access Services will be provided at standard tariffed rates.

Dedicated Access Service. For OC-3 circuits at a certain named NPA/NXX, Company shall waive the associated Network Connection Charge. Enhanced Call Routing. Company shall waive all per application monthly recurring charges in connection with Enhanced Call Routing (excluding installation charges).
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will be charged fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $1,650 for DS-3 Access circuits at 1 NPA\NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Dedicated Access Service. Company shall waive the associated Network Connection Charge for customer provided DS-3 local loops.
