Dedicated Access. Standard VBSII Guide local loop charges for Type 3 DS-0, Type 3 and Type 1 OC-48 Dedicated Access. Access: Standard MBSII Guide local loop charges for DS-0, DS-1, DS-3, OC-3, and OC-12 Service and Type 3 DS-3, OC-3, and OC-12 and Type 2 Converged Ethernet Access.

Dedicated Access. The Customer will be charged a the following range of fixed monthly recurring local loop charges of $80.00 to $175.00 for Dedicated Access service based on DS-0, DDS and DS-1 circuit types. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $10,000 for Dedicated Access Service based on OC-48 (Lit Building) Access type. The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring local loop charge of $1,600 to $11,750 for DS-3 Dedicated Access service at 42 mutually agreed upon NPA/NXX locations. The Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge of $290.00 for a DS-1 Dedicated Lease Line circuit for a fixed term. Private Line: The Customer will be charged the following range of fixed monthly recurring IXC charge of $475.00 to $72,000 and the following range of per-mile charge of $0.30 to $162.00 for Interstate Private Line Service based on circuit type and mileage band .

Dedicated Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $61 to $150 for Analog, VGA and digital Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 DS0 and DS-1 Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring local loop charge of $650 for Type 1 DS-3 Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring local loop charge of $1,200 for Type 1 OC-3 Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring local loop charge of $4,000 for Type 1 OC-12 Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $9,000 for Type 1 OC-48 Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,050 to $2,200 for DS-3 Dedicated Access Service at 985 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Supplier. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer shall pay the applicable fixed local loop charge for each of the Supplier-provisioned DS-3 access circuits as identified by CLLI code. Any existing DS-3 circuits receiving a revised monthly recurring charge hereunder and any new DS-3 access circuits installed after March 1, 2011, will have a thirty-six (36) month minimum term commitment and Supplier reserves the right to collect early termination liability of one-hundred percent (100%) of the monthly recurring charges remaining in the term commitment (“ETL”), except in the event of termination for cause by Customer. The foregoing ETL shall not apply (and the alternate early termination liability set forth below shall apply instead) in the event (a) Customer permanently closes a location; (b) Customer downsizes bandwidth requirements at a site due to an attested reduction in bandwidth needs, and does not replace the capacity with another carrier’s services; (c) Customer replaces a channelized voice DS-3 with a Supplier-provided MPLS circuit to terminate IP Toll Free traffic; or (d) Customer upgrades to a higher speed circuit. In addition to (a) – (d) above, Customer may also terminate, without cause, up to five percent (5%) of the DS-3 access circuits inventory (“DS-3 Inventory Reduction”) in any given contract year as of March 1st and the alternate early termination liability set forth below shall apply in lieu of the ETL set forth above. Dedicated Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $961.87 to $6,711.87 for 10 Gigabit Access Service at 5 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $500 and a non-recurring charge of $1,000 for OC-12 Access Service at 192 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access. Company provided and maintained dedicated IP access to the Company IP Network at data speeds from 56 kbps to T3 speeds. IP VPN Dedicated Access does not include DSL or dial access.

Dedicated Access. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $750.00 to $5059.34 for DS-3 Access Service at 58 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access. Service utilizing a non-switched connection from Customer’s Premises to the point of presence (“POP”) selected by the Company for origination and or termination of calls. When the Dedicated Access is used for overlayed Switched Services, the Dedicated Access is referred to as a Dedicated Voice Access line. When Dedicated Access is used to provide Data Services, the Dedicated Access is referred to as the local loop. End User: The person or legal entity that uses the Service provided by the Company. FCC: Federal Communications Commission or any successor agency.
