Dedicated Resources. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, or as consented to in writing by Client, the Client Software, Machines and any other assets provided by Client in connection with the providing or receiving of the Services, shall be accessed and used by Contractor exclusively for the provision of Services to Client (until the same have been refreshed, replaced, or are no longer needed to provide the Services) and not for Contractor's internal use or use for the benefit of other customers.
