The following use of District technology resources is expressly prohibited: • Unlawful Activity - Any attempt to violate local, state, federal, and international laws through the use of any District technology resource, including but not limited to: email, Internet, intranet, or network storage drives, may result in legal action against the offender by the District, injured third parties and/or governmental authorities.
