Definition Location Sample Clauses

The "Definition Location" clause specifies where in the contract key terms and definitions are found. Typically, this clause indicates whether definitions are grouped in a dedicated section at the beginning or end of the agreement, or if they appear within the relevant sections throughout the document. By clearly identifying the location of definitions, this clause ensures that all parties can easily reference and understand the precise meaning of important terms, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over interpretation.
