Definition of a Working Day. Within this Article 9, Grievance Procedure, and in Article 10, Discharge and Discipline Cases, a "working day" shall be defined as a day other than Sunday, or a holiday recognized under this agreement, or such other day as may be designated a “non-working day” by the Board (usually by mutual agreement of the Board and the Union and as necessitated by the reallocation of the Library’s hours of operation). (Note: At the time of signing, Monday was such a non-working day.)
